Amazon FBA Pallet Shipping Guide 

Terms you should learn:

  • LTL - Less Than A Truckload: This refers to any shipment that goes by pallet but not a full truckload

  • BOL - Bill of Lading: This is a document truckers use when picking up pallets or truckloads.

  • PRO Number: This serves as the tracking number for pallets.

  • GATED- means you can NOT sell on Amazon.com

  • UN-GATED- you CAN sale on Amazon.

Note that the shipping details we provide are in compliance with the warehouse guidelines. Please do not make your own adjustments or break up the shipment. Doing so may result in penalties, order cancellation, or extra charges. If a change needs to be made please call us first.

Orders damaged or Lost during transit must be claimed directly with the shipping company. It is your responsibility to purchase insurance on your shipments. Should damage upon arrival units not be caused by shipping, please advise us within 3 days of receiving the shipment along with images and any other documentation.

If you are planning to ship your products to FBA by pallets, start by creating the listing:

- Enter your price

- Select condition

- select “ AMAZON WILL SHIP AND PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

-Click on “SAVE AND FINISH

Step 4: 

-Depending on the item Some have this and some don’t please ask. On every Item.

-Than Click: “SAVE & CONTINUE

Step 5A:  Click on “ADD DANGEROUS GOODS AND INFORMATION

Step 5B: Select : "NO & NO"

1. Select “CREATE A NEW SHIPPING PLAN

2. Select “SHIP FROM ANOTHER ADDRESS” Type in the shipping address provided to you.

3. select “INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS” because you have more freedom to move things around even though some items comes in   case pack still choose those options.

Step 7:    

1. Type in the Quantity

2. Select “ CONTINUE

1. Please note that we DO NOT FNSKU LABELS for any of the products we send out. FNSKU labels sent to us will be disregarded. We recommend that you have Amazon label your products.

Step 9:    

1. Always Name your shipment same as the product Name just in case something goes wrong it will be much easier to find later.

Step 10:  Select “WORK On SHIPMENT"

Under "Shipping Services",

select "Less than truckload (LTL)"

Select "Amazon-partnered carrier"

1. Select “ MULTIPLE BOXES

2. Select “ USE WEB FORM

3. Units PER BOX Conf.

4. Put Units PER BOX Conf.

5. Number Of Boxes

6. Put Number Of Boxes

7. Select “CONFIRM

Step 13:  BOX LABELS

1. On the drop-down Menu please Select “ BLANK RECTANGLE LABEL 3-1/3” X 4”

    (PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ARE SET TO 6 PER PAGE)

     Save as PDF on your computer and send us the Box Labels.

2.  Select “GENERATE BOX LABELS”

Step 14:  PALLET INFORMATION

1. input HEIGHT of the Pallet

2. input WEIGHT of the Pallet

Step 15:  

Scroll down to shipping charges and calculate the freight ready date in business days from the lead time Provided. SATURDAY, SUNDAY, & ALL LEGAL HOLIDAYS are not considered business days.

1. Ready Date as provided to you

2. contact info ALWAYS but your own NOT our we will not follow through and shipment might get delayed or Canceled.

3. Freight class you can use the Freight Calculator sometimes it will make it Cheaper. (CLICK HERE) 

                                    .If it did NOT Make it cheaper please put it back to “estimate my freight class”

4. Put how much you purchased the product for.   

5. select “CALCULATE”

Step 16:  

If you agree with the Estimated Shipping Cost

1. select the "BOX"

2. Select “ ACCEPT CHARGES

Step 17:  

 1. On the drop-down Menu please Select “ BLANK RECTANGLE LABEL 3-1/3” X 4”

             (PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ARE SET TO 6 PER PAGE)

  2. Select “ PRINT PALLET LABELS”  Save as PDF on your computer and send us the Pallet Labels.

 3. Select “ Complete Shipment”

Step 18:  

1. Wait until you get the BOL from Amazon. This can take from 24-72 hours - all depending on Amazon, ether they will send to email or go back to Download the BOL.

2. Download the BOL in PDF format

ALL Done! Please Email us, BOX LABELS, PALLET LABELS, AND BOL ALL AT THE SAME TIME NOT DIFFERENT EMAILS.
